Normal Operation

To make a call
To make a call, simply pick up the handset and wait for the dialling tone. Then, dial the desired
telephone number with the numeric keys.
To end a call, replace the handset onto the cradle of the base unit, or push the hook switch.
Operation with On-Hook Dialling and Predialling
This designer's phone is with On-Hook Dialling (OHD) and predialling function.
1. On-Hook Dialling:-
Push the
(SPEAKER) button to put your phone off-hook, enter the phone number to be
called, afterwards, the number will be dialled out accordingly. And, OHD works with phone
numbers stored in phone book, one-touch memory, two-touch memory and redial list.
2. Predialling:-
Enter the phone number to be called, then push the

When the dialled number is answered, simply speak or pick up the handset to talk to the other end.
Operation with Headset (Optional)
This designer's phone is equipped with a headset jack. With a headset (purchased separately),
conversation can be made via headset.
1. Connect the headset to the headset connector jack.
2. Follow the On-Hook Dialling procedures to make and answer calls by pushing the
button, and the conversation will be made via headset's mouth and ear pieces.
3. You can switch to handset operation by lifting off the handset.
Operation of Call Back Function
This designer's phone is with call back function which allows you to automatically dial the number
of the person you have called previously. And, it can store maximum up to 10 dialled numbers
in the phone.
1. To make a call from redial memory:-
– In the state of on-hook, press

Note: 1. The call back feature will not dial the phone number if the selected call record phone
number is blocked or not available.

Operation of VIP Function
This designer's phone is with a VIP function. After the VIP number has been set, there will be a
"Beep-Beep" tone when the VIP number calls in.
1. To set a number from the Caller ID memory as VIP:-

been stored to VIP.
– To cancel the VIP setting, simply press and hold

One-Touch Memory

One-Touch Memory provides you with the easiest way to make a call to a frequently used number.
Follow the instructions listed below to store a number (18 digits maximum) into the One-Touch
Memory bank:-
1. You can simply enter the number you want to store first followed by press and hold the One-
Touch Memory ( M1 ..... M3 ) button until the display shows "

3. No erasure of direct memory is available in this unit. User can "overwrite" an existing old record.

To make a call from the One-Touch Memory:-
To make a call with One-Touch Memory, simply pick up the handset and wait for dialling tone, press
the desired One-Touch Memory ( M1 ..... M3 ) button. And, the stored phone number sequence
will be dialled.
Or, press the One-Touch Memory ( M1 ..... M3 ) button and then lift the handset or press
(SPEAKER) button.
To copy the numbers to the One-Touch Memory :-
Numbers in the Caller ID memory or redial memory can all be copied to the M1~ M3 memory
locations. Do as follows:
When the number shown on the display, press and hold M1, M2 or M3 until the display
shows "
(CALL
