Standard Install - locate support stud, choose correct mounting hardware for
surface and attach back plate to wall:
1. Using a level, mark screw holes for back plate. Drill holes, and insert anchors.
NOTE: Use standard wall anchors or an alternative wall anchor related to
support at least 50 lbs.
2. Screw back plate into wall anchors. Slide filter head onto back plate.

Attach fittings
1. Use appropriate 3/4"(NPT) fittings and tubing to allow for a flow rate of 5
to 10 Gallons Per Minute (GPM) (See
plastic parts! Warranty will be voided if parts are cracked and/or broken due
to misuse and/or over tightening! Use only Selecto approved, SMF Modular
fittings!
Connect water filter inlet to cold water supply. Use approved flexible
beverage tubing where possible with correct sized tube clamps. If hard
plumbing is necessary then use only lead free solder and protect filter
housing from excessive heat. Do not solder within 12" of plastic parts!
2. From outlet of water filter use no less than 3/4"(NPT) ID tubing to all specified
equipment. It is only permissible to decrease line size when multiple lines are
being used (See
* Teeing the tubing should be done appropriately, for example 3/4"(NPT)
x 3/4"(NPT) x 3/4"(NPT). This is only to be done at equipment location if
line is to be used for other equipment.
