Functions in the dashboard
OK
means the resident's
absorbent product is dry.
Inactive
means the resident
is inactivated for
monitoring over a
longer period of time.
NOTE The resident will
not be monitored until
you activate him/ her
in the settings.
(Only visible in
the dashboard)
Setup
Your TENA representative will show you how to access the TENA SmartCare dashboard and help
set up users and residents in the system.
Some urine
means that the Change
Indicator has identified
urine in the product.
The surface of the
product is still dry and
the product has not
reached saturation.
Off
means the resident's
incontinence product is
not being monitored by
TENA SmartCare
Change Indicator.
NOTE Resident will be
back to monitoring
automatically at the
next shift.

DASHBOARD AND SETUP

Consider change
means the resident's
incontinence product
is nearing capacity.
Consider changing the
incontinence product.
Error
means there is an error
with either the resident's
Change Indicator or the
system. The caregiver
should click on the icon
to learn more.
See pp. 26–30 for more
information on how
errors can be resolved.
