1 General instructions and safety instructions
The instructions in this user manual must be carefully followed and adhered to. All those involved in
the installation, operation, and maintenance of the spill pallet must have read and understood this user
manual.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to the illustrations and details in the user manual in
order to improve the product.
The national guidelines and safety regulations relating to hazardous materials, safety
guidelines, industrial safety regulations and operator duties must be observed.

Intended use of the equipment

The Type F2-200 W and F4-200 W spill pallets are suitable for the storage of water-polluting

substances with a flashpoint over 100°C in containers and drums.
Stored liquids must be listed on the DIBT 40-1.1 media list (www.dibt.de) and have a reduction

ratio of A ≤ 1.1 .

The spill pallet must only be used on firm, even surfaces. The spill pallet must not be located on a

roadway and must be protected from damage by vehicles using appropriate means (eg impact
protection barriers).
If located outside, the spill pallet must be protected from wind, direct sunlight and rainwater, snow

or hail.
Storage volume: The spill pallet must only be used in accordance with the performance parameters

given in Sections 3 "Technische Daten" and 4 "Operation".
Spill pallet Type F2-200 F is suitable for transport.

Spill pallet Type F4-200 W is suitable for direct storage of a single use pallet (1200 x 1200 mm)

(without a grid).
The safety instructions in the safety data sheet for the stored substance must

be observed.

Incorrect use

Storage of non-permitted substances, especially flammable liquids: The resistance of the spill pallet

material to the storage medium must be demonstrated.
Use of the spill pallet for purposes other than those specified in Section 1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße

Verwendung.
