Cleaning the metal fat filter:
Changing the pre filter:
The pre as well as the main filter must changed in
case they are dirty. They can not be cleaned
Risk of burning!
Parts may become hot. Fat filter and UV Plus
must be cooled down for cleaning and service.
Parts can fall down.
The top cover of the UV Plus may not be used for
storing any parts.
When cleaning/removing the filters and the
area behind the filters use a stable footing and
observe the corresponding accident prevention
regulation.
> Clean the metal fat filter and the area behind the
filters at least once a week.
> Use a wet cloth and a suitable cleaning detergent
for cleaning the UV Plus.
1 Loose the fixing of the right metal fat filter with
a screw driver.
2 Push the metal fat filter upwards (first right filter)
3 Pull the metal fat filter forward at the bottom
and remove from the UV Plus.
4 Metal fat filter can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Reverse procedure to reassemble.
1 Remove metal fat filter
2 Take out pre filter by lifting it and pulling it out
3 Take out pre filter of filter frame and replace by
new filter
