This climate control module will automatically undergo a configuration procedure after installation. Do
not use an external programmer or scan tool. Follow procedure below to complete configuration. If unit
fails to configure after two attempts, call Technical Support at 1-866-933-2911.
NOTE: Some piggyback and flash tuners do not display complete or partial VIN to ECM/BCM,
which will cause climate control module to configure incorrectly or not configure at all. To
install unit and configure, remove tuner or flash stock tune, then program module.
CONFIGURATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
With new module installed, start vehicle to begin automatic configuration. Engine must be running for
entire process. Do not touch buttons or controls. Climate control module knobs and sliders do not need to
be in any particular position.
STEP 2:
Wait while system performs configuration sequence. While configuration is in process, LED(s) will
illuminate according to vehicle application. See Table A below.
NOTE: Configuration may take up to one minute.
STEP 3:
Configuration is complete when all button LEDs turn off.
IF CONFIGURATION IS UNSUCCESSFUL:
1.
Remove power from climate control module by unplugging both connectors.

2. Wait 15 seconds. Reattach both connectors.
3. Repeat the procedure beginning with Configuration Instructions Step 1.
NOTE: If configuration is unsuccessful after two attempts, call Technical Support
at 866-933-2911.
