1. Insert the battery (12) into the lawnmower slot and slide
it all way until it clicks into place. At this point the
batteries are fully secured;
2. To remove, press the lock/unlock button and pull out the
battery.
Use VITO's 20V lithium-ion batteries.
1. Place the battery in the charger as you would place it in
the machine;
2. Plug the charger into the socket and let it charge.
Sometimes at the end of charging, both the battery and the
charger can be hot, but this does not mean that they are
malfunctioning.
Let the battery cool down before fitting into the machine.
1. Raise the handlebar;
2. Place the handlebar to the desired height and turn the
handlebar adjustment knobs (10) to lock into the desired
position;
3. Turn the two upper knobs (5) to secure the handle.
The machine must not be running when fitting the grass
box.
1. Lift the deflector (4);
2. Fit the grass box (9) and make sure it is securely fixed so
that it cannot come out during operation;
3. To remove, follow the same process.
While operating the lawnmower you must consider some
precautions and procedures of use:
▪ Turn off the lawnmower immediately if any of the
following problems arise:
- Leakage of lubricant through the ventilation slots;
- Damage on the lawnmower housing;
- Damage on the "ON/OFF" switch;
- Appearance of smoke or a burning smell.
1. Place the safety key (13) next to the batteries
compartment (12);
2. Press the safety switch (6) and then the "ON/OFF" switch
(7);
3. Release the safety switch as soon as the motor starts;
4. To turn the lawnmower off, release the "ON/OFF" switch.
To adjust the cutting height, you must raise or lower the
wheel shafts.
The lawnmower has 3 cutting height:
The lowest: 30 mm.
The middle one: 45mm.
The highest: 55 mm.
