5. Troubleshooting
- The orange light blinks slowly about 10 times.
Ü The batteries are low and need to be replaced.
- The orange light blinks three times when pressing a key.
Ü The lock is in a wrong code blocking situation (at least 3 wrong codes were dialled
successively) : wait until the end of the blocking timing and try again (please refer to
chapter 2.3).

If needed, your installer / reseller is the first person able to assist.
If he cannot be contacted (if you have moved, or the store you bought the equipment from
has closed...) please contact the After-Sales Service who will indicate the nearest address of a
qualified service engineer.
If your equipment requires servicing, always request Manufacturer Certified spare parts.
Before calling the After-Sales Service, please check the type and serial number of the safe.
We are not responsible for any problem happening on a modified lock or on a
lock on which original manufactured parts were not used.
