30) Traslare la pedana in modo da liberare la ruota dall'autocentrante.
31) Rimuovere la ruota.

STALLONATURA E SMONTAGGIO
RUOTE CON CERCHIETTO A 3 PEZZI
1) Bloccare la ruota sull'autocentrante, come precedentemente de-
scritto, e assicurarsi che la stessa sia sgonfia.
2) Portarsi con la colonnetta mobile in posizione di
lavoro C.
3) Abbassare il braccio porta utensili (14, fig.D) in posizione di lavoro,
fino a che si sarà agganciato con l'apposito cricchetto.
4) Posizionare il disco stallonatore a filo del cerchietto (vedi Fig. W).
5) Ruotare l'autocentrante e contemporaneamente fare avanzare il disco
stallonatore a brevi scatti seguendo il profilo del cerchietto, fino al com-
pleto distacco del primo tallone (N.B.: durante l'operazione lubrificare).
ATTENZIONE: Nel caso di ruote con camera d'aria è necessario operare
con estrema cautela interrompendo l'avanzamento del disco stallonatore

immediatamente dopo il distacco del tallone per evitare possibili danni
a valvola e camera d'aria.
6) Ripetere l'operazione facendo però avanzare il disco stallonatore
contro il cerchietto (vedi fig. Z) fino a liberare l'anello di bloccaggio
che verrà poi estratto con l'apposita leva (20, fig. Z) o con l'aiuto del
disco stallonatore.
7) Rimuovere il cerchietto.
8) Allontanare il braccio porta utensili (14, fig.D) dal bordo del cerchio.
Sganciare il cricchetto e sollevare il braccio in posizione di fuori lavoro.
Traslare il braccio porta utensili sul lato interno della ruota.
9) Premere la leva (15, fig.D) e ruotare di 180° l'utensile che si blocche-
rà automaticamente. Abbassare il braccio in posizione di lavoro.
10) Ruotare l'autocentrante e contemporaneamente fare avanzare il
disco stallonatore a brevi scatti seguendo il profilo del cerchietto, fino
al completo distacco del secondo tallone (N.B.: durante l'operazione
lubrificare). Continuare a spingere sul pneumatico, facendo avanzare il
disco stallonatore, fino a che, circa metà del pneumatico, non sia uscito
dal cerchio (vedi Fig. K).
11) Portare il braccio porta utensili in posizione di fuori lavoro.
12) Traslare la pedana mobile (4, Fig. A) fino a portarla sotto la verticale
del pneumatico.

13) Abbassare l'autocentrante fino a che il pneumatico non appoggi
sulla pedana.

BEAD BREAKING AND DEMOUNTING
WHEELS WITH 3-PIECE RINGS
1) Clamp the wheel on the spindle as described previously and check
to make sure it has been deflated.
2) Take the mobile control unit to work position B.
3) Lower the tool carrier arm (14, Fig. D) to its work position until it is
locked in position by its hook.
4) Position the bead loosener disk level with the rim (See Fig. W).
5) Turn the spindle and at the same time move the disk forward a
bit at a time following the contour of the rim until the first bead is
completely free (NB: lubricate while doing this).
CAUTION! If the tyre has an inner tube, work very carefully and be
prepared to stop the disk immediately once the bead has been broken
so as not to damage the valve and the inner tube.
6) Repeat this procedure but this time bring the disk against the split-
ring (See Fig. Z) until the lock ring is freed. Remove this with the
special lever (20, Fig. Z) or with the help of the disk.
7) Remove the split-ring.
8) Move the tool carrier arm (14, Fig. D) back from the edge of the
rim. Release the hook and tip the arm to its non-working position.
Move the tool carrier arm to the inside plane of the wheel.
9) Press lever (15, Fig. D) and turn the tool head 180° which will
automatically lock in this position. Lower the arm to its working
position.
10) Turn the spindle and at the same time bring the bead loosener
disk up against the tyre following the contour of the split-ring until the
second bead has been broken (NB: Lubricate during this process).
Continue to move the disk forward until about half the tyre has de-
mounted from the rim (See Fig. K).
11) Move the tool carrier arm to its non-working position.
12) Move the platform (4, Fig. A) directly under the wheel.
13) Lower the spindle until the wheel is resting on the platform.
