BASIC OPERATIONS

1) Push for 3 seconds, then press again. Second digits and Tuesday flag will flash.
2) Press to reset seconds to 00.
3) Press , minute digits flash. Press to set digits.
4) Press , hour digits flash. Press to set digits.
5) Press , month digits flash. Press to set digits.
6) Press , day flag flashes. Press to set digits.
Press at any time to set values.
To change from 12 to 24 hour display: In normal time, hold
reverse and A.M. or P.M. mark will appear or disappear.
To change position of month/date to date/month: hold then push
ALARM
1) In normal time, push for 3 seconds. Hour digits flash. Press

Press at any time to set values.
Hold while pressing :
1x: Hourly chime on. Icon will appear.
2x: Alarm on. Icon will appear
3x: Hourly chime off. Icon will disappear.
4x: Alarm off. Icon will disappear.
Press or to silence alarm.
To test alarm: hold and then hold together. Alarm will beep and Alarm sounded.
CHRONOGRAPH
1) In normal time, push . Chronograph function will be on.
2) Press to start counting in 1/100 second.
3) Press to stop.
4) For lap time, press while chronograph is running. Chronograph keeps counting while lap
time is displayed.
5) Push again to return to chronograph time display.
To clear, push to stop then to clear.
INDIGLO® NIGHT-LIGHT
Press to activate light. Patented (U.S. Patent Numbers 4,527,096 and 4,775,964) electrolumi-
nescent technology used in the INDIGLO night-light illuminates entire watch face at night and
in low light conditions.

reset button when replacing battery. Battery type is indicated on caseback. Battery life esti-
mates are based on certain assumptions regarding usage; battery life may vary depending on
actual usage.
