FUNZIONAMENTO DEL SYNCHROLIFT
Il SYNCHROLIFT è un sistema di rilevamento e gestione dati elettroni-
co per il livellamento automatico dei due carrelli.
Due sensori montati sulle pulegge dei motori rilevano eventuali anoma-
lie ed un circuito elettronico nel quadro comandi provvede ad apportare
tutte le correzioni possibili per riportare in parità i carrelli. Nel caso in cui
i carrelli non possono essere corretti, viene bloccato il ponte e segnala-
ta l'anomalia all'operatore.
Le segnalazioni, date dai led sul pannello (rif. S in fig.53) possono es-
sere le seguenti:
LED N°1 (verde): Presenza linea di rete, tutto OK.
LED N°2 (rosso):
LED N°3 (verde): Verifica carica batteria.
LED N°4 (giallo): Intervento del synchrolift. Questa spia accesa indica
che il sincronismo sta livellando i carrelli. A livellamento avvenuto (circa
1 secondo) la spia si spegne.
LED N°5 (rosso): Il synchrolift non riesce a livellare. L'accensione di
questa spia indica una grave anomalia nel ponte. Il synchrolift blocca il
ponte e lo rende inutilizzabile. Chiamare il centro di assistenza autoriz-
zato indicato nel frontespizio.

Tutti gli interventi di riarmo e manutenzione devono essere fatti da
personale autorizzato che conosca bene il sollevatore in ogni sua
parte.
Il costruttore non risponde di danni a persone od oggetti causati
da un uso improprio del ponte, dei suoi componenti o della loro
manutenzione da parte di personale non autorizzato.
HOW SYNCHROLIFT WORKS
SYNCHROLIFT is an electronic detection and data management
system for automatic levelling of the two trolleys.
Two sensors fitted on the motor pulleys detect any faults, and an elec-
tronic circuit on the control board enables all the corrections possible for
synchronizing the level of the trolleys.
If no connection is possible, the lift is blocked and the trouble is signal-
led.
A series of LEDs on the front panel (ref. S, Fig. 53) give the following in-
dications:
LED No. 1 (green): Mains power supplied, everything OK.
LED No. 2 (red):
LED No. 3 (green): Check battery charge.
LED No. 4 (yellow): Synchrolift in operation. This LED lights up when
the Synchrolift is levelling the carriages, and goes off when levelling is
accomplished (after about 1 second).
LED No. 5 (red): This LED lights up to indicate that Synchrolift cannot
carry out the levelling operation, meaning that there is a serio-us fault
on the lift. At this point, Synchrolift blocks all lift operation. Call your aut-
horized service centre.

CAUTION
All resetting and maintenance operations must be carried out by
authorized personnel who are thoroughly familiar with the lift and
its operation.
The manufacturer will not assume any responsibility for da-mage
to persons or objects caused by incorrect use of the lift, its com-
ponents, or the maintenance operations carried out by unauthori-
zed persons.
