MINTY GRASSHOPPER
BROWNIES
1 (19 to 21 oz.) package brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
3 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
4 to 5 drops green food coloring
1 cup crushed peppermint sticks or candy canes, optional
1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.

3. Place candy in a large zip lock bag.
5. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat
all frosting ingredients until smooth.
6. Fold candy pieces into whipped frosting. Set aside.
