- Page 21 CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS GAS HOOK-UP Any replacement pressure regulator and hose assembly should comply with EN 16129:2013 and the national regulation. The flexible hose used, with a length not exceeding 1.50 meters, should comply with EN 16436-1:2014. This grill is configured for liquefied petroleum gas.
- Page 22 LEAK TEST WARNING: CHECK ALL GAS SUPPLY FITTINGS FOR LEAKS BEFORE EACH USE. DO NOT USE THE GRILL UNTIL ALL CONNECTIONS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND DO NOT LEAK. DO NOT SMOKE WHILE LEAK-TESTING. NEVER LEAK-TEST WITH AN OPEN FLAME. GENERAL Although gas connections on the grill are leak-tested prior to shipment, a complete leak test must be performed at the installation site.
- Page 23 STEP 3 TO TEST 1. Open the lid and turn the control valve at regulator to "ON" 2. Press the igintion button until the grill is lit. 3. Apply the soap water solution to all gas fittings. Soap bubbles will appear where a leak is present. 4.
- Page 24 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS THIS COOKING APPLIANCE IS FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY AND SHALL NOT BE USED IN A BUILDING, GARAGE OR ANY OTHER ENCLOSED AREA. PREPARING TO LIGHT YOUR GRILL STEP 1 FIND A LEVEL SURFACE ON WHICH TO PLACE THE GRILL. MOVING INSTRUCTIONS Caution: Never move the grill with burner lit or still hot.
- Page 25 IMPORTANT - FIRST TIME USE: It is important that the grill be lit and allowed to heat up for at least 15 minutes before any food is placed on the cooking grid. It is normal for some smoke to appear during the initial operation of the grill. After initial heating, the grill is ready for use.
- Page 26 TURNING OFF YOUR GRILL AND DISCONNECTING REGULATOR 1. Turn off the control valve at regulator to "OFF" by turning clockwise until tight. 2. Remove LPG cylinder from cylinder support basket. Detach the regulator assembly from the cylinder valve by turning the cylinder counterclockwise.
- Page 27 CLEANING BURNER – Extreme care should be taken when removing and replacing a burner. It must be correctly centered on the orifice before any attempt is made to relight the grill. Frequency of cleaning will depend on how often you use the grill. Failure to properly place the burner over the orifice could cause a fire to occur behind and beneath the valve panel, thereby damaging the grill and making it unsafe to operate.
- Page 28 STEP 3 To reinstall the burner: 1. Insert the burner through the firebox hole on the right. 2. Make sure the the screw hole of the burner match the screw hold for the firebox. Insert screw and tighten it. 3. Use adjustable wrench to install orifice/regulator hose assembly to burner. FIREBOX Use warm soapy water to clean this area.

- Page 51 INSTRUCTIONS DE RACCORDEMENT RACCORD DE GAZ Toute pièce de rechange du régulateur de pression et du tuyau doit être conforme à la norme EN 16129:2013 et à la réglementation nationale. Le tuyau flexible utilisé, d'une longueur ne dépassant pas 1,50 mètre, doit être conforme à la norme EN 16436-1:2014.

- Page 56 ÉTEINDRE LE GRIL ET DÉBRANCHER LE RÉGULATEUR 1. Éteignez la vanne de contrôle du régulateur en position "OFF" en la tournant dans le sens horaire jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien serrée. 2. Retirez le cylindre de GPL du support de cylindre. Détachez l'ensemble du régulateur de la valve du cylindre en tournant le cylindre dans le sens antihoraire.
- Page 57 NETTOYAGE BRÛLEURS – La fréquence de nettoyage des brûleurs dépend de la fréquence d’utilisation du gril. Il faut faire extrêmement attention lorsque l’on enlève et remet en place les brûleurs. Ils doivent être correctement alignés avec les orifices avant que le gril ne soit rallumé.
