a. Areas exposed to high moisture or condensation
b. Areas exposed to extreme environmental conditions
c. Areas subject to constant vibrations
d. Areas subject to severe temperature fluctuations
e. Outdoors
Wall-mounting of the EN50 :

Setting up and operation
HEINE® EN50 operation
Connect the instrument to the cinch connector (6) and select the required brightness by means of the brightness
control (4). The EN50 switches off with an audible click (4). The indicator (5) lights up as soon as the EN50 is
switched on either by the control (4) or-if fitted- the headband brightness control. It switches off when the EN50
is switched off or the actuator (3) is pushed down.
If the headband control HC50L is used with the EN50, the control (4) on the EN50 has no effect.
The brightness is controlled in this case by adjusting the control on the headband control HC50L.
We recommend that the mPack brightness control is switched off when used with instruments fitted with
a headband brightness control.
The EN50 may only be operated in combination with the control unit (7).
Use the wall-mounting bracket (1) to fix the EN50
to the wall. Fit the instrument support (2) on to the
actuator (3). The instrument light will switch off when
the headband is placed onto the instrument support
(2). When the headband is taken off the instrument
support (2), the EN50 automatically switches the
instrument light on again.
