MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Maak de bodemvloer in de bagageruimte vrij. Demonteer de zijpane-
len uit de bagageruimte.
2. Verwijder t.p.v. de contactvlakken van de contra's het anti-dreun mate-
riaal.
3. Boor de deukjes A rond 18 mm vanuit de bagageruimte.
4. Plaats de contra's B en C en afstandsbussen over de bouten en plaats
het geheel in de zojuist geboorde gaten.
5. Neem de laatste 2/3 uitlaatrubbers los.
6. Indien aanwezig: Demonteer het hitteschild.
7. Plaats de steunen D en E en bevestig deze op de punten A, monteer
het geheel los-vast.
8. Plaats de steunen F en G en bevestig deze op de punten A, monteer
het geheel los-vast.
9. Plaats de steunen H en bevestig deze op de punten I en J, monteer
het geheel los-vast.
10. Monteer het balkgedeelte tussen de steunen op de punten K en L.
11. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig tabel vast.
12. Indien aanwezig: Monteer het hitteschild. Buig het hitteschild om de
trekhaakdelen (zie fig. 1).
13. Hang de uitlaat in de achterste uilaatrubbers.
14. Monteer het kogelhuis.
15. Monteer de stekkerplaat.
16. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig tabel vast.
17. Herplaats het onder punt 1 verwijderde.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en demontage van het afneembare kogel-
systeem de bijgevoegde montagehandleiding.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
N.B.:
* Per eventuali necessari adattamenti "del veicolo" si consiglia di consul-
tare il fornitore.
* Rimuovere lo strato di materiale isolante dai punti d'attacco.
* Per il peso complessivo trainabile della Vostra vettura, consultate il
Vostro rivenditore autorizzato.
* Praticando i fori, prestare attenzione a non danneggiare i cavi elettrici, i
cavi del freno e i condotti del carburante.
* Rimuovere, se presenti, i coperchietti in plastica dai dadi di saldatura per
punto.
* Questa istruzione di montaggio deve essere allegata ai documenti del
veicolo dopo l'installazione del gancio.

INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU:
1. Opróżnić podłogę bagażnika. Wymontować boczne panele z bagażnika.
2. Usunąć w miejscu powierzchni stycznych przeciwnakrętek B i C mate-
riał amortyzujący.
3. Wywiercić od strony bagażnika otwory A do około 18 mm.
4. Umieścić przeciwnakrętki B i C i tulejki odległościowe na śrubach, a
całość umieścić w wywierconych teraz otworach.
5. Zsunąć 2/3 ostatnie zawieszenia.
6. Gdy obecny: Zdemontować osłonę cieplną.
7. Umieścić wsporniki D i E i umocować je w punktach A, lekko przymo-
cować całość.
8. Umieścić wsporniki F i G i umocować je w punktach A, lekko przymo-
cować całość.
9. Umieścić wsporniki H i umocować je w punktach I i J, lekko przymo-
cować całość.
10. Zamontować odcinek poprzecznicy pomiędzy płytami bocznymi.
11. Dokręcić wszystkie śruby i nakrętki zgodnie z tabelą.
12. Gdy obecny: Zamontować płytę żaroodporną Zagiąć płytę termiczną
wokół elementów haka holowniczego (patrz rys. 1).
13. Zawiesić rurę wydechową w ostatnim zawieszeniu.
14. Zamontować obudowę kuli.

* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clear the boot and floor. Remove the side panels from the boot.
2. Remove the anti-rumble material where the backplates B and C are in
contact.
3. Drill holes A from inside the boot to approx. 18 mm.
4. Place the backplates B and C and the spacer tubes over the bolts and
position the assembly in the just drilled holes.
5. Remove the last 2/3 exhaust rubbers.
6. If present: Remove the heat shield.
7. Position the supports D and E and attach them at points A, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
8. Position the supports F and G and attach them at points A, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
9. Position the supports H and attach them at points I and J, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
10. Fit the member section between the supports.
11. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table.
12. If present: Fit the heat shield. Bend the heat shield around the parts
of the tow bar (see fig. 1).
13. Suspend the exhaust in the rearmost exhaust rubbers.
14. Fit the ball-hitch.
15. Fit the socket plate.
16. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table.
17. Replace the items removed in step 1.

Wskazówki:
- Po przejechaniu 1000 km dokręcić wszystkie elementy skręcane.
- Podczas ewentualnych odwiertów upewnić się czy w pobliżu nie znaj-
dują się przewody instalacji elektrycznej, przewody hydrauliczne lub
przewody paliwowe.
- Wszystkie ubytki powłoki lakierniczej zabezpieczyć przed korozją.
- Należy wyjąć ewentualne plastikowe zaślepki w punktach przyspawa-
nych nakrętek.
- Stosować nakrętki oraz śruby gatunkowe dostarczone w komplecie.
- Utrzymywać kulę w czystości, oraz pamiętać o regularnym jej smaro-
waniu.
- Hak holowniczy zarejestrować w stacji diagnostycznej.
Zastosowanie się do powyższych wskazań gwarantuje Państwu bezpiec-
zeństwo, niezawodność i sprawność naszego wyrobu przez cały okres
jego użytkowania.
