GUARANTEE
•
Your cabin is manufactured from untreated Russian or Scandinavian spruce wood,
originating from sustainably and responsibly managed forests.
•
Wood is a natural product, deviations that do not jeopardise the lifespan or stability,
are allowed and will therefore not be replaced free of charge.
•
On all our garden houses we use a warranty period of 2 years and with an extension
up to 5 years on workmanship for 28, 45 and 68 mm wood thickness.
•
The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase.
•
The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and shall not apply
to defects caused by assembly, poor foundation, improper use or inadequate
maintenance or damage caused during transport, storage, assembly, extreme
humidity or in cases of force majeure.
•
The supplier or manufacturer is never responsible for direct or indirect damages or
for articles and materials stored in the garden house.
WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE DEVIATIONS?
•
Falling out knots up to 2 cm diameter.
•
Grown in knots in the wood.
•
Imperfections which are invisible after assembly.
•
Discolouration of the wood.
•
Cracks that are not longer then the width of the plank.
•
Dry/shrink cracks which do not affect the construction.
•
Resin pockets, max. length 5 cm.
•
Deformations and warping of the wood.
•
Deviations of planing are acceptable without restrictions, as long as it is possible to
place a beautiful side at the exposed side.
EXLUDED FROM THE GUARANTEE:
•
Parts which are no longer in their original condition.
•
A defective part that was still installed.
•
The natural aging.
•
Discolouration or mould or warping due to incorrect or insufficient protection.
•
The damage caused by animals, insects or termites.
•
In cases of force majeure: natural disasters, floods, vandalism, ...
•
Damage/deformations by not observing the assembly manual.
The guarantee is only applicable in the country where the product was purchased.
The manufacturer reserves all rights and technical amendments to this log cabin.
