shall not exist.
2. The above provision shall also apply for the personal liability of the employees,
representatives, vicarious agents and bodies of REHAU.

With his/her use of the Nea Smart – Service, the user consents to the collection, use and
processing of his/her personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the performance of
the service. REHAU shall observe the applicable data privacy regulations when handling
this data.
