Checking the Alignment of the Bicycle Seat

• The Bicycle Seat has a Center of Gravity Indicator, which is marked on the outer plastic shell
[Figure 5a].
• The Center of Gravity Indicator MUST be positioned either:
- In front of the bicycle's rear wheel axle; or
- No more than 3.93 in (10 cm) behind the bicycle's rear wheel axle [Figure 5b].
• If the Center of Gravity Indicator is more than 3.93 in (10 cm) behind the bicycle's rear wheel axle,
the Bicycle Seat must be moved forward on the rack until it is correctly positioned.
NOTE: Ensure the Bicycle Seat is mounted securely to the rack by following the instructions in
the "Attaching the Bicycle Seat to your Bicycle" section (see Page 8) before proceeding to the
next step.
