This appliance must work with a pressure regulator and connection pipes NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE
APPLIANCE - Purchase and use only certified pressure regulators and connection pipes in compliance with the
regulations of the country where the appliance is used and periodically check their good condition .
Congratulations on your purchase of a REBER Barbecue appliance; the REBER barbecue line uses forefront Italian technology in terms of
performance and reduced gas consumption.
WARNINGS: PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN AND NORMS
Read the user manual carefully before using the appliance.
Every type of intervention on the appliance, including displacing, cleaning and maintenance operations, must be carried out with a cold appliance,
with the primary power supply closed and with the appliance tap in position 0 (Image 12).
Always use protection gloves to protect hands
Close the gas tap of the cylinder after use
Any modification to the appliance can be dangerous
Do not move the appliance during use
When the appliance is not in use and after use, the primary power supply and the appliance tap must always be closed.
Do not use flammable liquids (ex. alcohol or petrol) near the appliance.
Unused gas cylinders should not be left near the appliance.
Before using the appliance, follow the procedures for checking the gas leaks described in this manual with the utmost care.
If you smell gas, immediately close the primary power supply, turn off all the flames in the vicinity of the appliance and keep a safe distance; in the
extreme case contact the fire service.
The appliance becomes very hot during use: always use heat protection gloves when handling the appliance.
Do not touch the appliance walls during use and keep a proper distance from the appliance's mouth and walls to avoid burns.
The grid and the fat collection tray must always be kept out of the appliance during pre-heating to prevent its overheating, overheating could damage
the food and avoid the correct cooking.
Always use the supplied handles to insert and disengage the grid from the appliance, the handles must be removed from the grid once it has been
inserted into the appliance to avoid its overheating.
Follow the instructions scrupulously when connecting the appliance to the primary power supply.
Use only Pressure Regulators and connection pipes certified and in compliance with the rules of the country where the appliance is used and
periodically check its good condition and replace them periodically according to national regulations.
The connection pipe to the gas cylinder MUST NOT be able to touch the appliance, take care to keep it at least at 15 cm. away from the external parts
of the appliance (Image 10)
Periodically check the absence of gas leaks using the special detectors sprays, especially after a period of non-use of the appliance.
Never use flames to check for gas leaks.
Objects not directly used for operations and use of the appliance must be kept at a safe distance of at least one meter from the appliance itself.
Keep children and pets away from the appliance during use and during the time it takes to cool it after use.
The appliance must always be supervised during use and during the time it takes to cool it down after use.
Do not touch, displace the appliance or place anything near the appliance during use and during the time it takes to cool it after use. The extremely
high temperatures reached by the appliance can cause serious damage and burns.
Do not cover the cooling slots of the appliance, risk of overheating and self-ignition.
Only use the appliance with the types of gas indicated in this manual in the appropriate section, the use of other types of fuel can cause damage to the
user and the appliance, cancel the warranty and relieve the manufacturer from any responsibility for any damage caused to things and people.
Do not use rusty gas cylinders or connecting pipes, expired flexible hoses or worn and / or damaged pressure regulators.
The empty cylinders may contain a residual quantity of gas, keep them away from the appliance; this type of risk must always be kept in mind when
handling and transporting them.
The pressure regulator and all other connection devices between the primary power supply and the appliance must never be disconnected and / or
handled during use.
Before disconnecting the gas pipe, check that the cylinder or the primary supply valve are tightly closed and that the burner is switched off.
Always wear heat-resistant protective gloves when using the appliance to prevent burns caused by the high temperature reached by the external
surfaces of the appliance itself.
Always keep a safe distance from the appliance every time the gas cylinder is changed; once the cylinder has been replaced, check that the
connections are properly fixed using the appropriate detector sprays on the market.
For its use, take care to place the appliance on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface that allows immediate and easy access to the controls; failure to
comply with this safety standard can cause serious damage to persons and property.
Do not leave the appliance working with the grease pan inside; the fat collection pan must be inserted only and exclusively when grilling the food,
when the grid with the cooked food is removed, remove also the grease collecting pan.
During outdoor use always protect the appliance from the wind, bad air circulation could interfere with the correct functioning of the burner.
Do not use the appliance outdoors when it is raining, snowing or in case of very violent wind.
