DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EEC
At the end of its useful life the product must not be disposed of together with other municipal waste. It can be delivered to the separate collection
centers set up by the municipal administrations, or to dealers who provide this service.
INSTALLATION
Install the product on a flat surface that takes into account the dimensions of the appliance. The support surface must be leveled, smooth, dry, sturdy,
non-flammable, at a height of about 80 cm from the ground and with around the necessary space for easy use and maintenance.
Keep the appliance at a minimum distance of 3 meters from any flammable surface or object
Use always protective gloves when handle, clean or maintain the appliance.
Replacing the supply nozzle
All cleaning, maintenance and / or replacement of components must be carried out with the appliance switched off, cold and disconnected from the
gas supply.
The supply nozzle must be replaced by qualified and/or competent technical personnel able to guarantee a correct connection, safe and free from gas
leaks.
To replace the nozzle, the burner must be released by proceeding as follows:
Unscrew the fixing screws of the control box as shown in pictures 5 and 6 and remove the control box, unscrew the nozzle installed by the parent
company and replace it (picture 7).
Reassemble all the parts removed.
Before use, make sure that all parts are assembled correctly and that no gas leaks are carried out by using the appropriate commercial sprays.
Assembly mod. 9751 N
The 9751 N model is supplied in a mounting kit; the upper part containing the burner and all the supply and safety systems is supplied already
assembled and tested and must not be manipulated or modified.
To assemble the appliance, remove the protective film from all the parts in the packaging.
Screw in the sides without tightening n. 12 and 13 on the base n. 3 with the nuts n. 31 and the bolts n. 30; screw without tightening the back 7 to the
sides with the nuts n. 31 and the bolts n. 30
Enter the Top n. 1 on the sides and screw it to the sides with the bolts 28 and the nuts 29.
Tighten all nuts and bolts.
Insert the DX and SX grid holders n. 9 and 10 in the slots as in image 4 and position them as in image 3.
Make sure all bolts are tight and check the stability of the appliance.
Before use, check that the gas system is properly sealed as indicated in the paragraph Replacing the supply nozzle
USER MANUAL
Before use, the connection to the gas supply must be checked to be sure the connection is the correct one used in the country where the appliance is
used.
The connection is screwed into the area indicated in the picture 1 (Fashion and Air models) and 2 (Pro model).
Screw the fitting corresponding to the gas supply of the country where the appliance is used and the type of gas used and tighten well; the use of a
gasket is recommended to avoid possible leaks.
Connect the supply hose to the fitting and check its tightness using the appropriate spray on the market.
Check the correct functioning of the piezoelectric ignition where present (picture 9) by pressing the ignition button several times: the glow plug
placed inside the appliance must make an evident spark.
Piezoelectric ignition works correctly only in a dry environment, humidity can prevent the spark from forming properly; in the event of a power
failure, immediately release the burner tap ignition button, wait a few minutes to disperse the residual gas and repeat the ignition manually using a
long-spouted gas lighter. Avoid insisting on a piezoelectric ignition so as not to create a bag of unburned gas inside the appliance.
The aforementioned anomaly can also occur if the ignition electrode or the thermocouple have been soiled or accidentally hit during cleaning; in the
event of a power failure, immediately release the burner tap ignition button, wait a few minutes to disperse the residual gas and repeat the ignition
manually using a long-spouted gas lighter. Avoid insisting on a piezoelectric ignition so as not to create a bag of unburned gas inside the appliance.
Once all the seals have been checked, the appliance can be switched on.
In the absence of piezoelectric ignition, use a long-bladed gas lighter to avoid the risk of burns.
The cooking grill and the grease pan must be kept out of the appliance during checking, ignition and heating operations.
