The faucet is equipped with a double safety device to avoid gas leaks. To turn the knob it is necessary to press lightly until the release allows it to be
rotated.
Put the knob indicator in correspondence with the symbol (large flame), picture 8.
The positioning of the knob indicator on the large flame indicator (maximum power) will not let exit the gas when appliance is cold, gas will exit only
when knob is unblocked and pressed.
Press fully (you will hear the gas outlet), wait a few seconds and press (picture 9) several times the piezoelectric ignition button if present until the
burner is lit; in the absence of piezoelectric ignition, use a long-billed gas lighter to light the burner.
9752N and 9752 NP models
After pre-heating, use the appliance with the knob indicator near the minimum power symbol (small flame Image 11) mostly when the cooking grill is
full of food or when using the Refractory Stone accessory to avoid overloading; the calorific value of the burners will not be affected by sensitive
drops and the cooking will be more homogeneous.
After 5-7 minutes of heating the appliance is ready for use, place the food to be cooked on the cooking grid, insert the grease pan at the bottom of the
appliance, use the handles to insert the grill at the desired height in the slides of the grill door. The grill door sides are constructed leaving reference
stops on the slides in order to have mechanical references during grid insertion and disengagement.
Once the grill has been inserted, remove the handles to avoid burns.
The burner reaches temperatures of up to 850 ° C, so cooking times are very short and depend largely on personal taste and size; if the food is cooked
and / or preheated in a vacuum, the cooking times are significantly reduced and their homogeneity and taste are improved.
Temperature and cooking time is determinate by positioning of the food more or less close to the burner.
Always dry the surface of the food to be cooked to encourage proper coagulation of the protide that will create a perfect surface.
Do not place the grill too high to avoid contact of the food to be cooked with the burner which could turn off and / or be damaged.
Switch off the appliance using the knob by positioning the indicator on the 0 symbol (off Image 12) with attention as after use the external parts of
the appliance are very hot; after that switch off the primary power supply (natural gas tap or cylinder valve).
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
All cleaning, maintenance and handling operations must be carried out with the appliance switched off, cold and disconnected from the gas
supply; protect your hands with gloves during maintenance and cleaning
Clean the appliance after each use with a damp cloth using non-aggressive detergents, avoid abrasive sponges that could scratch the steel surface of
the appliance.
For a simpler and more accurate cleaning the grid holders can be easily removed (image 3): lift the grid holder, pull it inwards and then towards the
outside of the appliance. To insert them proceed in the opposite direction by inserting the hooks in the appropriate slots (image 4).
The burner construction technology ensures that there is no need of cleaning or maintenance.
When cleaning, always avoid touching the burner to avoid damaging the micro-perforated ceramics.
In order not to damage the degreaser, it is advisable to cover the pan with aluminum foil or to use aluminum baking pans containing 1 cm of water.
Dry thoroughly immediately after cleaning, place in the original packaging and in a dry place for better conservation of the appliance; after use, avoid
leaving the appliance outdoors, moisture could damage the combustion and ignition systems.
