FIELD OF APPLICATION

18v battery powered compressor to be attached to various IK pressure sprayers with a compressed air connector. The
compressor quickly pressurises the device to 2.5 bar without any effort on the part of the user. Its high air fl ow rate allows
it to work continuously while maintaining the pressure.
Since the system is completely external, neither the compressor nor the electrical system comes into contact with the
chemicals to be applied. It can be used with neutral products, soaps, bleaches, alcohols and diluted acid and alkaline
substances. Do not use with concentrated or pure acids and alkalis, do not work with the power tool in potentially explosive
atmospheres where fl ammable gases, liquids or dusts are present.

SETTING UP
PACKAGING
1. Fit the tank groove into the slot on the compressor (Figure 2.1).
2. Hold the compressor at the bottom and attach the Velcro fasteners around the tank (Figure 2.2).
3. Screw the compressor hose into position and tighten it securely (Figure 2.3).
4. Pull the compressor cover upwards and insert the battery (Figure 2.4). Make sure that the battery is charged before each
job. See the Battery section for battery charging. When fi tting the battery in the equipment, make sure that it is securely
locked into position.
5. Insert the compressor hose into the air connector on the tank, push in and turn the tab 90º (Figure 2.5) The small plug
must fi rst be removed and the connector screwed into the tank.
PRESSURISATION
1. Set the switch to position 1 and wait until the compressor stops before starting work. When it stops, the pressure will be
