11) Nunca purgue las boquillas o las válvulas soplando con la boca.
12) Utilice solo piezas de repuesto y accesorios del fabricante.
13) No nos haremos responsables de ningún daño causado por la utilización de piezas ajenas.
14) Despresurice el depósito completamente antes del llenado, después de la utilización y antes de realizar los trabajos de
mantenimiento.
15) Una vez terminado el trabajo de pulverización bloquee la manilla para evitar cualquier accionamiento involuntario.
5 PROBLEMAS COMUNES Y SOLUCIONES
1) Si el aparato no coge presión:
a. Observe si el collarín retén (613) esta desgastado.
b. Saque la válvula anti retorno (165), limpie la propia válvula y la superficie de apoyo. Si esta dañada sustitúyala.
c. Compruebe que el inflador (1254) esta lo suficientemente atado. Verifique que la junta (609) y la zona de apoyo estén
limpias y sin marcas.
2) Si una vez introducida la presión, el vástago sube el solo y/o sale líquido a través de la cámara, limpie la válvula anti
retorno (165) y la superficie de apoyo. Se está dañada sustitúyala.
3) Si la válvula de seguridad (1291) no salta, échele aceite/lubricante, y acciónelo.
4) Si el aparato parece atascado y/o no echa suficiente producto:
a. Compruebe que el fieltro de la boquilla (1233) este limpio, sino cámbielo.
b. Suelte el racord (1288), saque el tubo de aspiración y límpielo con agua.

Range of sprayers equipped with the highest performance in terms of safety and ease of use. Sprayers specifically
manufactured for the generation of dry and long lasting foam. Designed for use with chemical agents with surfactant
properties (surface active). The IK FOAM Pro sprayers range provides the user a dense and durable foam suitable for cleaning
and disinfecting upholstery and carpets, disinfecting bathrooms and changing rooms, kitchens and food processing stations,
car washes etc.
Given the great variety of products in the market, Goizper cannot guarantee the universal validity of its equipment. In any
case, we recommend using certified chemicals.
SETTING UP & SPRAYING

1) Attach the hose to the handle and to the top of the tank. (Figure 2.1)
2) Screw the spear to the handle and the elbow with the nozzle to the lance. (Figure 2.2)
3) Unscrew the tank chamber by turning it anti-clockwise and place it on the side of the tank. Fill the tank up to a maximum
of 6 l. (Figure 2.3)
4) When filling avoid generating foam and that the latter overflows from the apparatus. To that end pour water from a jug
carefully or using a hose, insert it into the bottom of the tank.
5) Pour the foaming product. Tightly screw in the entire chamber into the tank. (Figure 2.4)
6) Pressurise the apparatus by performing strokes until the safety valve releases air, or until the indicator light is red. For a
good quality foam it is important to pressurise the apparatus until the valve clicks. (Figure 2.5)
7) Once the work is finished, press the safety tab on the device handle to avoid involuntary pulverization. To do this, pull the
metallic side of the handle upwards and press the red locking tab at the same time. (Figure 2.6)
8) The appliance is fitted with a compressed air connector. To use it, remove the cap and connect the compressed air plug.
Then, connect the compressed air hose until the safety valve releases air (4bar /58 psi), and remove the hose. Ensure
that the pressure does not exceed 4 bar/58psi. Do not remove the safety valve under any circumstances. (Figure 2.7)
