5. Maintenance
5.1

Filter change

An indicator illuminates when the filter in the ventilation unit
needs changing.
Note
The timing for a filter change signalled by the appli-
ance is a guideline only and may not reflect the actual
level of filter contamination.
f Observe the filter change indicator of the con- f
nected ventilation unit.
You may select an interval for filter change of between 2 and
6 months. For this, turn the rotary selector behind the front
cover of the device.
Note
The level of filter contamination is subject to local
conditions. we recommend keeping to the factory-
set interval of 3 months until the first filter change
becomes due.
f Following the first filter change, have your quali- f
fied contractor adjust the timing for the filter
change.

f Following each filter change, press the reset but- f
ton to reset the filter change indicator.

missioning, maintenance and repair of the appliance.

Fixing material is supplied with the device.
8. Assembly
WARNING Electrocution
The device is supplied with power via the connect-
ing cable that links it to the ventilation unit. There
is a risk that you could touch 'live' parts during the
installation.
f Therefore isolate the ventilation unit from its

power supply.
