CONSIGNES SUPPLÉMENTAIRES POUR L'EMPLOI
DU "LIQUISAF" :
Le "LIQUISAF" est un produit à base de propylène
glycol irritant pour la peau et les yeux. Il est
recommandé de se munir de protections avant toute
manipulation (gants et lunettes).
LE VISAGE ET LES YEUX :
Il est indispensable de vous protéger :
Les yeux contre les coups d'arc (éblouissement
de l'arc en lumière visible et les rayonnements
infra-rouge et ultra-violet).
Les cheveux, le visage et les yeux contre les
projections pendant le soudage et les
projections du laitier lors du refroidissement de
la soudure.
Le masque de soudage, sans ou avec casque, doit
toujours être muni d'un filtre protecteur dont
l'échelon dépend de l'intensité du courant de l'arc de
soudage (Normes NF S77-104 A 88-221 A 88-222).
Le filtre coloré peut être protégé des chocs et
projections par un verre transparent situé sur la face
avant du masque.
En cas de remplacement du filtre, vous devez
conserver les mêmes références (Numéro de
l'échelon d'opacité).
Les personnes, dans le voisinage de l'opérateur et à
fortiori ses aides, doivent être protégées par
l'interposition d'écrans adaptés, de lunettes de
protection anti-UV et si besoin par un masque muni
du filtre protecteur adapté.

USING :
"LIQUISAF" is a basis of glycol propylen product
irritating for skin and eyes. It is recommended to
wear protections before any handling (gloves and
glasses).
THE FACE AND EYES :
You must protect :
The eyes against blinding glare (due to visible
light and infrared and ultraviolet radiation).
The hair, face and eyes must be protected
against spatter during the welding operation
and against the slag spatter during the cooling
of the solder.
The welding mask, whether or not it forms part of
the helmet, should always be fitted with a
protective filter, the category of which will depend
on the intensity of the welding arc current.
The coloured filter may be protected from impacts
and spatter by means of a transparent glass in front
of the mask.
When replacing the protective filter (tinted glass),
you should keep the same references (N° of opacity
gradation).
Those in the vicinity of the operator, and even more
so, his assistants must be protected by suitable
screens, protective goggles against UV light, and if
required, by a mask equipped with a suitable
protective filter.
