Alarm
The device has a versatile alarm function for the pH value and temperature.
Open with the following steps:
Settings key > select Alarm > press OK > select alarm type with selection key ("alarm o ",
" ashing", " ashing and tone") > press OK > enter the limit values for pH and temperature
with "plus" or "minus" > press OK.
pH alarm:
If the actual pH value in the aquarium is higher or lower than the set optimum value (pH set
point) by more than the set amount, a warning triangle ashes on the display and the pH
value indication changes into red and also ashes (if " ashing" was selected). When " ashing
and tone" is selected, an acoustic signal sounds as well.
The alarm limit can be set as follows: +/- 0.10 - +/- 2.00 pH in steps of 0.05 pH. Factory setting:
+/- 1.00 pH
Tip: We recommend setting the alarm value for the pH to +/- 0,50 to check the function of
the CO supply. If the device then triggers the alarm, check your CO unit to see if the cylinder
is empty or the supply amount has deviated from the setting.
