pH set point adjustment
If you are using a pH computer for the rst time, we strongly recommend the initial use of
the auto pH function to adjust the pH set point:
Touch the switch eld "Settings" and select the menu point "Auto pH" by tapping on the
arrow symbols. Con rm with "OK". Enter the present KH value of your aquarium water by
pressing the elds "plus" or "minus". Con rm with "OK". Measure by all means the KH level in
your aquarium by means of a KH test, such as the JBL KH test kit.
The device now calculates the optimal pH value for this KH and saves it as set point. Based on
the calculation is a CO content of 22.5 mg/l, which is considered as optimal.
