8.2 USB/HDMI C-mount camera 21MP
The camera is driven by S-EYE (either for Windows and for IOS) when used in USB mode.
• The software can be downloaded from this link: http://www.optikamicroscopes.com/OPTIStar/S_EYE.zip
When used in HDMI mode the camera has a built-in software.
• NOTE: no driver installation is required for the cameras. The software setup procedure automatically installs
all the needed drivers for the correct operation of the camera.
8.2.1 Use of camera in HDMI mode
a) Language selection
1. Press MENU on the camera to enter the main menu, and then press DOWN; the Language option is highlighted.
2. Press OK to enter the language settings, use DOWN to select English, press OK to return to the main menu.
b) Line setting
1. Press MENU on the camera to enter the main menu, and then press DOWN; the Line Set option is highlighted.
2. Press OK to enter the line setting menu.
3. You can use DOWN and UP to select options that you want to set.
4. When the entry Cross Hair is highlighted, press OK to turn on and off the central cross line.
