(EN) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) you must read carefully and understand the safety information described on general instruction and the speci c instructions.
ATTENTION!!! If you have any doubt about the product, if you need others language versions of the instructions for use, declarations of conformity or have any question about the

WARNING: The manufacturer and the seller decline any responsibility in case of incorrect use, improper application or modi cations/reparations by persons not authorized by FALL
SAFE®.
1 – PHYSICAL CONDITION AND TRAINING:
Work at height is potentially dangerous and it must only be performed by professionals and experienced persons. Before using the PPE you must be aware of: your mental and
physical condition; be trained for the use of the device; do not have any doubt about using the equipment and the eld of application.
WARNING: the equipment shall only be used by a person trained and competent in its safe use.
WARNING: the consumption of alcohol, medicine or any other type of psychotropic will in uence your balance, concentration conditional and must be avoided.
2 – BEFORE USE:
For your safety it is strictly recommended that you always check your device and equipment before, during and after use and that you regularly submit your device and equipment to
inspections and controls by competent persons, every 12 months at least. These time intervals may change according to frequency and intensity of device and equipment use. The
FALL SAFE INSPECTOR® allows you to easily record and access information on inspections, inventory and use. It tracks equipment assignments by worker or location and automates
the inspection process. There are multiple system options available that allow for easy-access and time-saving information.
Every time before use, check (visually and tactile) the condition of the equipment components: textile material (straps, ropes, stitching) must not show any signs of abrasion, fraying,
burns, chemical or cuts. The metal material (buckles, karabiners, hooks, cable and metal rings) must not show any signs of wear, corrosion, deformation or defects and should operate
correctly.
WARNING: it is essential for safety that equipment is withdrawn from use immediately if:
1) Any doubt arise about its condition for safe use or;
2) It have been used to arrest a fall. It cannot be used again until con rmed in writing by a competent person that it is acceptable to do so;
For your safety read all contained information on this general instructions, as well as the speci c instructions accompanying the device and make sure that you understand them;
ensure the equipment conditions and all recommendation of security; ensure that the components are compatible with each other and be sure if are ful lled with the rules,
regulations and directives; ensure an emergency plan, check the work safety conditioning and con rm all system are assembled correctly without interfering with each other.
WARNING: use of combinations of items of equipment in which the safe function on any one item is a ected by or interferes with the safe function of another.
WARNING: a rescue plan shall be in place to deal with any emergencies that could arise during the work.
WARNING: Remind to check the limitation and the devices compatibility. Remember that the ropes have di erent particularities and can be changed according to the weather
conditions. The manufacture declines any responsibility for accidents, injuries or death due to improper and incorrect use by the user, all other usage procedures must be considered
forbidden. The equipment shall not be used outside its limitations, or for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
WARNING: it is essential for safety to verify the free space required beneath the user at the workplace before each occasion of use, so that in the case of a fall, there will be no collision
with the ground or other obstacle in the fall path.
As the name suggests, the PPE is for personal use. In exceptional case using by a second user, carry out a check of the equipment before and after usage and if possible take note of
the relevant information.
WARNING: never use a PPE without knowing the provenance, or neither if the inspection records are not updated as it is issued.
All the materials and treatments used are antiallergenic; they should not cause skin irritations or sensitivity. The connectors are made of steel, zinc plated; light alloy, polished or
anodized: stainless steel, polished.
WARNING: during the use avoid the following hazards that may a ect the performance of the equipment: extremes of temperature, trailing or looping of lanyards or lifelines over
sharp edges, chemical reagents, electrical conductivity, cutting, abrasion, climatic exposure and pendulum falls.
3 – MARKING
WARNING: Never remove or damage the labels and marking; after use check if they are legible.
The following information is etched on the device: CE marking; (Number of the production process controlling body); Name of the manufacturer or of the person responsible for the
product introduction on the market; standard (number and year of the standard; the logo that warns the user to carefully read the user instructions attached to the product;
production lot number; year of production; maximum load applicable in kN, the strength indicated is the lowest value guaranteed by the producer. The marking on the device are
indicated in di erent places depending on the dimension. See more detailed in "Speci c Instructions".
WARNING: Check the markings are legible even after use.
WARNING: it is essential for the safety of the user that if the product is re-sold outside the original country of destination the reseller shall provide instructions for use, for
maintenance, for periodic examination and for repair in the language of the country in which the product is to be used.
4 – LIFE TIME
It is rather di cult to establish the length of the device's life, as it can be adversely a ected by several negative factors such as intense, frequent or improper use; the conditions the
device is required to work in (humid, freezing and icy conditions); wear; corrosion; serious stress with or without relative deformation; exposure to heat sources; improper storage;
device age; exposure to chemical agents... (plus any further reason, not merely limited to all the foregoing reasons). Taking the adequate care of your device (please consult the
"Maintenance") will have a considerable in uence on and will de nitely increase device durability and long life. By the way of example, the following can be considered as a rule to
determine standard potential durability of devices, tools and equipment: ten years for fall protection harness, fall protection vests/jackets/ coveralls, accessories (lanyards, foot loop,
suspension trauma and relief strap) anchor lines, anchor straps, ropes, carrying bags, fall arrest webbing blocks and sharp edge tested; eight years for equipment conditioned to
extreme environments (harness, lanyards, vests, jackets and coveralls); unde ned for connectors, descenders, rope clamps, rope grabs, pulleys, anchor points; especially 10 years (5 in
stock – 5 in use) for gloves and helmet . It is nevertheless recommended that you replace your devices, tools and equipment at least every 10 years, considering that in the meantime
new techniques or regulations may have become applicable and the equipment may no longer be compliant and/or compatible.
WARNING: The lifetime of an equipment can be limited in case of severe falls, extreme temperatures, contact with harmful chemicals, sharp edges and the absence of markings or
labels.
5 – ELIMINATION/ DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
You should dispose of the equipment if: the lifetime has been exceed; if you suspect that the equipment is not safe; if it is obsolete (incompatible with modern equipment or that do
not conform to the standards updates); if it has been in a fall event (see the fall arrest indicator was violated); if it is over than 10 years.
The materials used in the equipment production may cause environmental impacts. For this purpose it is recommended that the equipment are disposed of in accordance with the
laws in force in the country where the disposal is taking place.
WARNING: The equipment which is not in operable condition or used in a fall event must be destroyed immediately.
6 – REPARATION
ATTENTION!!! Any modi cation on the product void the guarantee and can compromise the user's safety. The possibility of re-using the device must be authorized exclusively by the
producer with a prior written consent that reserves the right to carry out appropriated examinations and testing. Only the manufacture or authorized sta can make the repairs and
tampering.
7 – MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Check before, after and during use that the equipment works properly. If you need wash the components use clean water with a small amount of neutral soap to remove persistent
dirt or if the purpose is disinfect dissolve a disinfectant which contains quaternary ammonium salts in warm water (max. 20ºC), soak the equipment in this solution for one hour. Rinse
with potable water and leave them to dry out in the open air protected from sunlight. WARNING: when the equipment becomes wet, either from in use or when due to cleaning, I
shall be allowed t dry naturally, and shall be kept away from direct heat. If you need to lubricate the metal components you must use only silicone based oil spray. WARNING: Remove
the excess oil and check that if the lubrication don't interferes the interaction between the device, others components of the system and the user's. Accordingly to the EN 365:2004
the PPE periodical examination should be carried out at least every 12 months by the manufacturer or a competent person speci cally authorized by the manufacturer. The frequency
of inspection must vary depending on the intensity of usage, in order to ensure the durability of the product and safety of the user. The inspection reports must be kept by the PPE
owner. The result of the inspection must always accompany the product. If the report is missing or illegible, do not use the device. In case of doubt, the product should always be
rejected. The FALL SAFE INSPECTOR® allows you to easily record and access information on inspections, inventory and use. It tracks equipment assignments by worker or location and
automates the inspection process. There are multiple system options available that allow for easy-access and time-saving information. WARNING: for regular periodic examination,
and that the safety of users depends upon the continued e ciently and durability of the equipment. WARNNG: periodic examination are only to be conducted by a person
competent for periodic examination and strictly in accordance with the manufacture´s periodic examination procedures.
8 – STORAGE/ TRANSPORT
Remove the item from its container and store it in a cool, dry, well-aired place. There must not be any corrosive, solvent substances or heat sources (max. 80°C/ 176°F) in the storage
place.
The device must not come in contact with other sharp objects which can damage it. Never store the equipment before having thoroughly dried it and avoid storing it in places with a
high saline concentration. Except for the above-mentioned indications, there are no special precautions to be used during the transport. Avoid leaving your equipment in a car or in a
closed placed exposed to the sunlight.
9 – GUARANTEE
This product is provided with a one year warranty against any manufacturing defect, or defects in the materials it is composed of. The warranty does not cover standard item wear,
device alterations, improper storage, damages due to improper use of the device, negligence, improper maintenance, etc., and any further reason not only limited to the aforesaid.

οδηγίε και τι συγκεκρι ένε οδηγίε .

1 - ΦΥΣΙΚΗ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΤΑΡΤΙΣΗ:
Οι εργασίε στο ύψο είναι δυνητικά επικίνδυνε και πρέπει να εκτελούνται όνο από επαγγελ ατίε και έ πειρου ανθρώπου . Πριν από τη χρήση του ΜΑΠ πρέπει να γνωρίζετε: την
ψυχική και σω ατική σα κατάσταση. να εκπαιδεύονται για τη χρήση τη συσκευή . δεν έχετε κα ία α φιβολία σχετικά ε τη χρήση του εξοπλισ ού και το πεδίο εφαρ ογή .
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: ο εξοπλισ ό πρέπει να χρησι οποιείται όνο από άτο ο εκπαιδευ ένο και ικανό για την ασφαλή χρήση του.
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: η κατανάλωση αλκοόλ, φαρ άκων ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου τύπου ψυχοτρόπου θα επηρεάσει την ισορροπία σα , τη συγκέντρωση υπό όρου και θα πρέπει να
αποφευχθεί.
2 - ΠΡΙΝ ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΧΡΗΣΗ:
Για την ασφάλειά σα συνιστάται να ελέγχετε πάντα τη συσκευή και τον εξοπλισ ό σα πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια και ετά τη χρήση και να υποβάλλετε τακτικά τη συσκευή και τον
εξοπλισ ό σα σε επιθεωρήσει και ελέγχου από αρ όδια άτο α, τουλάχιστον κάθε 12 ήνε . Αυτά τα χρονικά διαστή ατα πορεί να αλλάξουν ανάλογα ε τη συχνότητα και την
ένταση τη χρήση τη συσκευή και του εξοπλισ ού. Ο FALL SAFE INSPECTOR® σα επιτρέπει να καταγράφετε εύκολα και να έχετε πρόσβαση σε πληροφορίε σχετικά ε
επιθεωρήσει , απογραφή και χρήση. Παρακολουθεί τι ταξινο ήσει εξοπλισ ού από τον εργαζό ενο ή την τοποθεσία και αυτο ατοποιεί τη διαδικασία επιθεώρηση . Υπάρχουν
πολλέ διαθέσι ε επιλογέ συστή ατο που επιτρέπουν την εύκολη πρόσβαση και την εξοικονό ηση χρόνου.
Κάθε φορά πριν τη χρήση, ελέγξτε (οπτικά και απτικά) την κατάσταση των εξαρτη άτων του εξοπλισ ού: τα υφάσ ατα (ι άντε , σχοινιά, ραφέ ) δεν πρέπει να παρουσιάζουν ση άδια
απόξεση , φθορά , εγκαυ άτων, χη ικών ή τε αχίων. Το εταλλικό υλικό (πόρπε , καρ πυρατέρ, άγκιστρα, καλώδια και εταλλικοί δακτύλιοι) δεν πρέπει να παρουσιάζει ση άδια
φθορά , διάβρωση , παρα όρφωση ή ελαττω άτων και πρέπει να λειτουργεί σωστά.
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: είναι ση αντικό για την ασφάλεια να αποσύρεται ο εξοπλισ ό από τη χρήση α έσω εάν:
1) προκύπτουν α φιβολίε σχετικά ε την κατάστασή του για ασφαλή χρήση ή
2) Έχουν χρησι οποιηθεί για τη σύλληψη πτώση . εν πορεί να χρησι οποιηθεί ξανά έω ότου επιβεβαιωθεί εγγράφω από αρ όδιο άτο ο ότι είναι αποδεκτό να το πράξει.
Για την ασφάλειά σα , διαβάστε όλε τι πληροφορίε που περιέχονται σε αυτέ τι γενικέ οδηγίε καθώ και τι συγκεκρι ένε οδηγίε που συνοδεύουν τη συσκευή και βεβαιωθείτε
ότι τι καταλαβαίνετε. εξασφαλίζει τι συνθήκε του εξοπλισ ού και όλε τι συστάσει ασφάλεια · να εξασφαλιστεί ότι τα στοιχεία είναι συ βατά εταξύ του και να είναι σίγουρα αν
τηρούνται οι κανόνε , οι κανονισ οί και οι οδηγίε · εξασφαλίστε ένα σχέδιο έκτακτη ανάγκη , ελέγξτε το κλι ατιστικό ασφαλεία εργασία και επιβεβαιώστε ότι όλα τα συστή ατα

ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: χρήση συνδυασ ών αντικει ένων εξοπλισ ού στα οποία η ασφαλή λειτουργία σε οποιοδήποτε στοιχείο επηρεάζεται από ή επηρεάζει την ασφαλή λειτουργία
άλλου στοιχείου.
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: πρέπει να υπάρχει σχέδιο διάσωση για την αντι ετώπιση τυχόν καταστάσεων έκτακτη ανάγκη που θα πορούσαν να προκύψουν κατά τη διάρκεια τη εργασία .
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: Υπενθυ ίστε να ελέγξετε τον περιορισ ό και τη συ βατότητα των συσκευών. Θυ ηθείτε ότι τα σχοινιά έχουν διαφορετικέ ιδιαιτερότητε και πορούν να αλλάξουν
ανάλογα ε τι καιρικέ συνθήκε . Η κατασκευή απορρίπτει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη για ατυχή ατα, τραυ ατισ ού ή θάνατο λόγω ακατάλληλη και λανθασ ένη χρήση από τον
χρήστη, όλε οι άλλε διαδικασίε χρήση πρέπει να θεωρούνται απαγορευ ένε . Ο εξοπλισ ό δεν πρέπει να χρησι οποιείται εκτό των περιορισ ών του ή για άλλου σκοπού
εκτό από εκείνου για του οποίου προορίζεται.
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: Είναι ση αντικό για την ασφάλεια να επαληθεύεται ο ελεύθερο χώρο που απαιτείται κάτω από τον χρήστη στο χώρο εργασία πριν από κάθε χρήση, έτσι ώστε σε
περίπτωση πτώση , να ην υπάρχει σύγκρουση ε το έδαφο ή άλλο ε πόδιο στη διαδρο ή πτώση .
Όπω υποδηλώνει το όνο α, τα ΜΑΠ είναι για προσωπική χρήση. Σε εξαιρετική περίπτωση, η χρήση από δεύτερο χρήστη, ελέγξτε τον εξοπλισ ό πριν και ετά τη χρήση και, ει
δυνατόν, λάβετε υπόψη τι σχετικέ πληροφορίε .
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: ην χρησι οποιείτε ποτέ ΜΑΠ χωρί να γνωρίζετε την προέλευση, ούτε και αν τα αρχεία επιθεώρηση δεν ενη ερώνονται όπω εκδίδονται.
Όλα τα υλικά και οι επεξεργασίε που χρησι οποιούνται είναι αντιαλλεργιογόνα. δεν πρέπει να προκαλούν ερεθισ ού ή ευαισθησία στο δέρ α. Οι σύνδεσ οι είναι κατασκευασ ένοι
από χάλυβα, ψευδαργυρω ένε . ελαφρύ κρά α, γυαλισ ένο ή ανοδιω ένο: ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι, γυαλισ ένο.
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: κατά τη διάρκεια τη χρήση αποφύγετε του ακόλουθου κινδύνου που πορεί να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση του εξοπλισ ού: ακραίε θερ οκρασίε , βύθιση ή
βρόγχο αναδέτε ή ζωνών από αιχ ηρά άκρα, χη ικά αντιδραστήρια, ηλεκτρική αγωγι ότητα, κοπή, τριβή, κλι ατική έκθεση και εκκρε έ .
3 - ΣΗΜΑΝΣΗ
ΠΡΟΕΙ ΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: Ποτέ ην αφαιρείτε ή βλάπτετε τι ετικέτε και τη σή ανση. ετά τη χρήση ελέγξτε αν είναι ευανάγνωστα.

Είναι άλλον δύσκολο να καθοριστεί η διάρκεια ζωή τη συσκευή , καθώ
ακατάλληλη χρήση. τι συνθήκε στι οποίε απαιτείται η εργασία τη συσκευή (συνθήκε υγρασία , κατάψυξη και παγετού). φορούν; διάβρωση; σοβαρή τάση ε ή χωρί σχετική
παρα όρφωση. έκθεση σε πηγέ θερ ότητα · ακατάλληλη αποθήκευση. συσκευή ηλικία? την έκθεση σε χη ικού παράγοντε ... (συν του άλλου λόγου που δεν περιορίζονται
απλώ σε όλου του προαναφερθέντε λόγου ). Η σωστή φροντίδα τη συσκευή σα (συ βουλευτείτε τη "Συντήρηση") θα επηρεάσει ση αντικά και θα αυξήσει σίγουρα την
