Filling the cooking compartment and removing the cooked food

Filling the cooking compartment
D Use only heat-resistant Gastronorm containers.
D Do not season your dishes with salt until after the cooking process to avoid corrosion
damage when using perforated grilles in the cooking compartment. This also has the benefit
that you need less salt than if you salt before the cooking process.
D Do not overfill the cooking compartment. Do not fill the Gastronorm containers with food for
cooking to higher than 10 mm below the rim.
Removing the dishes after a cooking process
D Once the cooking process is completed, a buzzer sounds and the end of cooking indicator
light
. Press the buzzer key
D The buzzer is silent and the end of cooking indicator light goes out.
Risk of burns. Caution − hot steam.
. Open the cooking compartment door slowly and carefully.

. Remove the core temperature sensor from the food and insert in its holder.
D The core temperature sensor is a sensitive measuring instrument so you should not allow it
to dangle from the cooking compartment. Otherwise it could be damaged when the cooking
compartment door is closed.
