SCHÉMA DE MONTAGE KIT COMPTE-COUPS
Le KIT COMPTE-COUPS est fourni muni de pressostat, des
éventuels raccords et bille.
ATTENTION : cette opération doit être effectuée
!
avec la pompe à l'arrêt et sectionnée de la source
d'alimentation et du produit.
1. Démonter et enlever le RESET.
2. Introduire la bille dans le trou du RESET; avec un poinçon
adapté, chanfreiner le siège de la bille.
3. Donner lieu au montage du pressostat avec un raccord
éventuel.

THE STROKE COUNTER KIT is supplied complete with a pressure
switch, any fittings required and a ball.
WARNING: this operation must be performed with the

pump at a standstill and disconnected from the power
supply and the product.
1. Disassemble and remove the RESET.
2. Insert the ball into the hole of the RESET channel; caulk the seat
of the ball using a suitable punch.
3. Fit the pressure switch using a suitable fitting.

4. Remonter la pipette.
5. Enlever la pipette et effectuer le raccor-dement des contacts
électriques pour la commande à distance du signal pour le
décompte.
6. Pour effectuer le réglage de la sensibilité d'intervention
du pressostat enlever le bou-chon et avec un tournevis faire
tourner la vis de réglage
HORAIRE = pression d'intervention plus importante;
SENS INVERSE AUX AIGUILLES D'UNE MONTRE = pression
d'intervention moins importante;
Le montage du KIT COMPTE-COUPS est ainsi terminé
4. Refit the pipette.
5. Remove the pipette and connect the electrical contacts to remote
control the counting signal.
6. To adjust the sensitivity of the pressure switch, remove the cap and
rotate the adjustment screw using a
screwdriver.
CLOCKWISE = more pressure;
ANTI-CLOCKWISE = less pressure
This completes assembly of the STROKE COUNTER KIT.
