1. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The punching machine FP-16 has been designed, manufactured and tested for the
machining of the polyamide control rods of the GALIPLUS2/GALICUBE industrial
mechanisms for tilt and turn and side-hung opening windows.
It is made up of:
- A die unit which includes the bearing structure, the die and the machining
punches.
- A cylinder unit which includes the pneumatic actuator and the start-up pedal.
- A Profile-holder unit, which includes the support and the adjustable strokes to
establish the rod length according to the window to be installed.

2. INITIAL INSTALLATION

2.1 Packaging

The FP-16 punching machine is supplied with machine body, support foot and
profile-holder unit packed in a cardboard box.

2.2 Check upon delivery

Make sure that the machine has not been damaged and that the supply is
complete. In the event of damage or if the supply is incomplete, please contact
immediately the supplier or the forwarder.

2.3 Marking data

Each machine has an identification plate showing the manufacturer data, the year
of manufacture, the serial number and the CE mark.
In the event of communication with the supplier (for any problem occurred, spare
parts request, repair under warranty) the data shown on the identification plate
shall be reported.
