Problem
The article is not
displayed to the
audio source on the
Bluetooth ® menu.
There is no playback.
The LEDs do not light

Possible cause
The article is switched off.
The article is already
connected to another audio
source.
The article is not switched on.
The article is not coupled to
the audio source.
Playback has not been
started via the audio source.
The volume setting is too low.
The article is not switched on.
The light has been switched
off via
the remote control.
The white light is still
switched on.
Fix
Switch on the article via the
wall switch.
Decouple the connected
audio source via the terminal
device itself and then couple
the new audio source to the
article.
Switch on the article via the
wall switch.
Couple the article to the
audio source (see the "Use"
chapter).
Commence playback via the
audio source.
Set the volume on the audio
source higher.
Switch on the article via the
wall switch.
Switch on the light using the
button I EIN (on) (a),
(d), (e) and
the remote control or switch
the wall switch off and back
on again.
Switch off the light via the
button O AUS (off) (a) on the
remote control and only then
select a colour mode (see the
"Use" chapter).
