Do not let long hair, scarves, ties,

etc. hang above the unit when it
is operating.
When using the unit, never insert

fingers, hands or utensils into
the kneading vat, the extrusion
chamber or the extrusion end-
pieces without having first
unplugged the unit.
Always observe the recommended

proportions of flour and liquid.
Do not add ingredients directly

into the extrusion chamber. Always
mix the ingredients first in the
kneading vat with the closing door
of the extrusion chamber properly
positioned.
Never start the unit without having

first closed the cover and put the
safety bar in the locked position.
Never unlock the bar when the
unit is in operation.
Do not operate the unit

continuously for more than 30
minutes. Let the motor cool for
at least 15 minutes before using
again. These recommendations
help avoid overheating of the unit
and increase its lifespan.
Do not overload the kneading
