Switch cabinet assembly

Procedure
▪
Slowly and evenly lift properly secured unit.
▪
Assemble the air/water heat exchanger horizontally.
▪
Permissible inclination up to 0.5° from the horizontal plane (switch cabinet + cooling unit)
The switch cabinet should be precisely aligned.
▪
Place the air/water heat exchanger on the roof of the switch cabinet and align it with the cut-out/seal.
▪
Lay the condensate drain hose continuously with a gradient and without any kinks.
The condensate drain hose must not exceed 3 m in length.
Regularly check during operation as to whether the condensation drains off properly.
▪
Position the air/water heat exchanger precisely in the cut-out.
▪
Attach all sash fasteners (1) of the accessory kit to the bottom of the air/water heat exchanger, see figure
(10) Assembly of air/water heat exchangers - Detail cut-out A.
▪
Turn all sash fasteners (1) over the roof cut-out edge and thus firmly mount the air/water heat exchanger,
see figure (10) Assembly of air/water heat exchangers - Detail cut-out B.
▪
In case of deeper switch cabinets (over 600mm in depth), the sealing areas of the switch cabinet roof must
be reinforced (reinforcing angle / system angle from switch cabinet manufacturers).
The unit is mounted on the switch cabinet and ready for electrical connection, see .
