Enregistrer les températures de fonctionnement sur le thermostat 9..
Avant d'éteindre la machine, abaisser la température du four à 80° et attendre que le four
refroidisse.

Check if the emergency button 11 is off (in other case turn to release)

Turn on the main switch 1. The power light 2 comes on (if not the machine is not supplied)

Activate the start toggle switch 4 (START)

Activate the conveyor belt motor switch 5

Set up the thermo regulator.
The machine will be ready to work after the heater light 3 come off

Switch ON the sealing and cutting bar using the switch 8

Adjust the sealing temperature using the thermostat 9.
To switch off the machine reduce the tunnel temperature to 80.
Wait approx then minutes to cool down the tunnel and after turn off the main switch 1.
UTILISATION (Fig. 1)
Fixer la bobine au rouleau support avec les cônes appropriés.
Passer le film selon le dessin.
Placez le paquet sur le devant de la table de travail et enveloppez-le comme indiqué.
Une fois que le paquet a été déplacé à l'arrière de la table de travail, en utilisant la pédale pour
couper et souder le film. Afin de couper le film, il doit être étiré entre la bobine et la base de
l'emballage.
Pour éviter les brûlures retirez vos mains de la table de travail lors de l'appuie sur la
pédale.
Réglages recommandés pour utiliser la machine avec film LLDPE 70 microns d'épaisseur. Tunnel 180 – Soudage 140.
LA TEMPÉRATURE DE LA BARRE DE SOUDAGE NE DÉPASSE PAS LA VALEUR 150 .

Fix the film roll on the shaft using the
cones. Insert the film according to the
drawing.
Put the product to be packed on the front part of the working table and wrap it according to the picture.
When the pack wrapped stay on the back part of the working table, cut the film using the foot pedal. To cut the film, it will
be tighten between the roll and the pack.
To avoid to burn the finger remove the hands from the working area when you press the foot pedal..
Suggested temperature settings using LLDPE 70 microns thickness to wrap the product.
Tunnel 180 – Sealing bar 140.
THE SEALING BAR SETTING NEVER WILL BE HIGHER THAN 150.
