■ Setup
By connecting this unit to a host display, you
can use it as a PC controller.
It is necessary to run the setup program
when using this unit for the fi rst time.
Please note:
• Confi gure Windows settings. Connect a USB
keyboard (commercially available) and a
USB mouse (commercially available) to the
controller board.
1. Turn on the mini OPS PC controller board.
For advice on turning on the mini OPS PC
controller board, see page 10.
The Windows setup screen will be
displayed.

About the mini OPS PC Controller Board

• Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2015 LTSB 64
bit is preinstalled on this machine.
• It may take more time to start Windows,
when launching it for the fi rst time.
• The operation of any additional
application software installed by the
customer or the device driver is not
covered by the product warranty.
• When using the PC Controller, change
the input of the host display to "OPTION".

Initial Setup

■ Windows License Activation
When this machine is connected to the
Internet, Windows license authentication will
be automatically completed.
• If you do not connect the unit to the
Internet, you do not need to activate
Windows license.
• Confi rm the activation status of Windows
by following this procedure.
① Click [Settings] on the "Start" menu.
② Click [Update and Security].
③ Click [Activate license].
■ Screen resolution change
Changing the resolution with Windows
"Advanced Display Settings" may not work
correctly. Follow the steps below to change
screen resolution, and change it with "Intel®
HD Graphics Control Panel.
① Right-click the desktop.
② Click "Graphics Properties".
③ Click "Display".
④ Select the setting you want to change
from "Resolution".
⑤ Click "Apply".
⑥ If the confi rmation screen is displayed,
click "Yes".
⑦ Close "Intel® HD Graphics Control
Panel".

■ Built-in battery

• The real-time clock of this unit is held
accurate by the internal battery. For
replacement of the built-in battery, please
consult your dealer or the customer
hotline.
• Estimated service life of the built-
in battery: Approximately 5 years (It
varies depending on the condition and
environment of the machine.)
• Since the battery is already installed at
the factory, it may already run down
before the specifi ed continuous use time.
