TROUBLESHOOTING

If you determine an abnormal situation regarding your appliance, you can try troubleshooting
based on the explanations in the table. If your appliance is not operating as intended, contact the
Call Centre. You can find contact information from the web site.
PROBLEM
Appliance is not
working.
Vapour is emanated
as the appliance is
working.
Metal sounds are
heard when the
appliance is heated.
Oven is not heating.
Oven light is not on.
CAUSE
The appliance may not
be plugged to a
grounded outlet.
Fuse may be faulty or
blown.
The mains voltage
may have fluctuated.
It is normal to see
vapour during
operation.
Metal parts may
expand and make
sounds when heated.
No electricity.
For models that
feature a timer, the
timer may not be set.
Function and/or
temperature button
may not be set.
No electricity.
Oven lamp may be
faulty.
Function and/or
temperature button
may not be set.

SOLUTION
Check whether the plug is inserted
to the outlet.
Check the fuse in your fuse box. If a
fuse is blown, re-commission.
Unplug and plug the appliance.
This is not a fault.
This is not a sign of malfunction.
Ensure the mains is operational and
check the fuses in the fuse box. If
required, re-commission the fuses.
Adjust the timer or switch it to the
hand icon.
Adjust the function and/or
temperature button.
Ensure the mains is operational and

required, re-commission the fuses.
Replace the lamp.
Adjust the function and/or
temperature button.
