Yoghurt Fermentation
While the oven is empty select
from the timer section, set the knob to

preheat for 10 minutes and start fermentation at another place.
Bring the raw milk you have purchased to boil at 90°C for a few minutes and
then cool it down to 43-45°C (fermentation temperature). While the milk is at
this temperature, add 1 - 3% yeast and stir slowly. Put the milk with added yeast
on the 1st rack of the preheated oven without closing the door, then close the
oven door and turn the function knob to
position. After 5 hours, remove
the fermented yoghurt from the oven and let it sit at room temperature for
15-20 minutes, and keep the yoghurt in a refrigerator at 4 ° C for 1 day without
shaking it. The yoghurt is ready for consumption after 1 day. Enjoy.
Steam Cleaning
The steam generated during the process softens the dirt on the inner surface of
the oven. The dirt can be easily cleaned without using chemicals when they
become soft.
Remove all accessories from the oven. Add 2 glasses of water into the square tray
and place the tray on the lower rack. Set the thermostat to steam cleaning
mode. Set the timer to 30 minutes.Bring the function knob
position.
After operating the oven for 30 minutes, open the door and wipe the inside of the
oven with a damp cloth.
