9.5 Inbetriebnahme
Vor der Inbetriebnahme
muß die einmalige Sicher-
heitsüberprüfung durch-
geführt werden (Formular
„Einmalige Sicherheits-
überprüfung" verwenden)
Erfolgt die Aufstellung der Hebebühne
durch einen Sachkundigen
(werksgeschulter Monteur) führt dieser
die Sicherheitsüberprüfung durch.
Erfolgt die Aufstellung durch den
Betreiber ist ein Sachkundiger mit der
Sicherheitsüberprüfung zu
beauftragen. Der Sachkundige
bestätigt die fehlerfreie Funktion der
Hebebühne auf dem
Aufstellungsprotokoll und dem
Formular für die einmalige
Sicherheitsüberprüfung und gibt die
Hebebühne zur Nutzung frei.
Nach der Inbetriebnahme
muß das Aufstellungs-
protokoll ausfüllt an den
Hersteller gesendet werden.
9.6 Wechsel des
Aufstellungsortes
Zum Wechsel des Aufstellungsortes
sind die Vorbedingungen entsprechend
den Aufstellungsrichtlinien zu
schaffen. Der Standortwechsel ist
gemäß nachfolgendem Ablauf
vorzunehmen.
•
Hebebühne auf ca. 1000 mm
hochfahren.
•
Alle Schlauchabdeckungen lösen
und entfernen.
•
Verdübelung der Grundplatten
lösen.
•
Hebebühne in die unterste Position
absenken.
•
Netztrennung vornehmen.
ggf. Hydraulikleitungen nur am
Bedienaggregat lösen.
ggf. Hydraulikanschlüsse mit
Blindstopfen abdichten.
•
Hebebühne mit Aggregat an den
neuen Aufstellungsort
9.5 Initiation

Before the initiation a security

check must be performed.
Therefore use form: First
security check.
If the lift is installed by a competent
person, he will perform this security
check. If the operator installs the lift
by himself, he has to instruct a
competent person to perform the
security check.
The competent confirms the faultless
function of the lift in the installation
record and form for the security check
and allows the lift to be used.
Please send the filled
installation record to the
manufacturer after
installation.
9.6 Changing the installation
place
If the place of installation shall be
changed, the new place has to be
prepared in according to the
regulations of the first installation. The
changing should be performed in
accordance with the following points:
•
Raise the lift on approx. 1000 mm
•
Remove the covers of the hydraulic
tube.
•
Loose the dowels.
•
Lower the lift in the lowest position
•
If necessary loose the hydraulic
hoses only on the operating unit.
•
Disconnect the power supply
•
Install the lift in accordance with
chapter 9 " Installation and
Initiation"
Use new dowels, the used
dowels can not be used anymore.
A security check must be
performed before reinitiation by a
competent person. Use form "Regular
security check".

9.6 Changement d'emplacement
Pour le changement d'emplacement, se
conformer aux instructions fournis
pour l'installation. Le changement
d'emplacement doit être effectué
suivant les règles suivantes.
•
Faire monter le pont élévateur à
une hauteur d'environ 1000 mm.
•
Enlever les couvercles de l'unité de
commande et des conduites.
•
Desserrer les chevilles de fixation
des planchers et de la colonne de
commande.
•
Faire descendre le pont à la
position basse.
•
Débrancher l'alimentation
électrique.
•
Débrancher la tuyauterie
hydraulique (si possible au pupitre
de commande).
•
Boucher les tuyaux
•
Transporter le pont élévateur à sa
nouvelle place d'installation.
•
Remonter le pont élévateur en
respectant le processus
d'installation et de chevillage suivi
avant la première mise en service.
Utiliser de nouvelles
chevilles. Les vieilles ne sont
plus utilisables!
Avant la nouvelle mise
en service, il faut faire
exécuter un contrôle de
sécurité par un spécialiste
(utiliser le formulaire destiné à
cet effet).
