To help you with your food preparation, we recommend that you
refer to the table below. In no event should a discrepancy with your
particular taste be considered a defect of the unit.

CLEANING AND UPKEEP
WARNING!
Never put the body of the unit or the

socket into water. Always unplug it before
cleaning it.
Remove in order the cover, the cutting unit and the

bowl for the foods.
Body of the unit: Clean it with a moist sponge. Dry thoroughly.

Do not use rough or abrasive cloths or products in order to
protect plastic.
Warning! Never put the body of the unit in a dishwasher.
Wipe the body of the blender (and the motor unit) with a moist cloth.
Warning! Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
Cover, bowl and cutting unit: All of the moving parts can

be cleaned with a cleaning brush and some hot water with a
little dishwashing liquid. Then rinse them under running water.
They must be completely dry before putting them back in place
in the unit. Do not use rough or abrasive cloths or products in
order to protect plastic.
Warning! Be very careful when cleaning the blades because they
are extremely sharp.
Dry the unit thoroughly before storing it.

Put the protective cap back on the blades of the blender.
*
Remark: Store the unit with the cover closed.
