Cause
Turn the grill off and allow it to cool. If necessary, follow the procedure in the
General Warning section. Clean grill interior and clear off excess fuel before
restarting.
Check the hopper for sufficient fuel.
Check the burn pot for ash build-up or other obstructions.
Check igniter to see if it is heating up (igniter may need replacing).
In extreme cold, grill may require additional priming to achieve ignition.
Make sure hood is closed.

Blower not supplying the air needed to maintain a flame.
Check igniter to see if it is heating up, used to recover if temperature falls below the
set temperature.

Replace RTD harness, meat probe, or probe jack.

Verify the Auxiliary fan is spinning once the grill is put into start mode.

Press and hold push button for 10 seconds to reset controller.
Verify continuity of Igniter harness
Check 4A SLO-BLO fuse for continuity

Disconnect SD card from control board and re-insert. Restart grill by unplugging and
plugging back in
