CAUTION
• Please note that excessive washing will wear out the heating pad. For this reason, the heating pad should only be machine-
washed a maximum of 10 times throughout its entire life.
Immediately after washing, reshape the heating pad to its original dimensions while it is still damp and spread it out flat over a clothes
drying rack to dry.
CAUTION
• Do not attach the heating pad to washing lines with washing pegs or similar. Otherwise the heating pad may be damaged.
• Do not reconnect the switch to the heating pad until the plug-in connection and the heating pad are completely dry.
Otherwise the heating pad may be damaged.
WARNING
• Never switch the heating pad on to dry it! Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

If you do not plan to use the heating pad for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in the original packaging.
CAUTION
Please allow the heating pad to cool down first. Otherwise, the
heating pad may be damaged. To avoid sharp folds in the heating
pad, do not place any objects on top of it while it is being stored.

Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and
electronic equipment marked with the symbol indicating separate collection of such equipment must be returned to a
municipal waste collection point.

problems & solutions
Problem
The temperature settings are not illuminated while
- the controller is fully connected to the heating pad;
- the supply plug is connected to the mains outlet with
correct function;
- the setting is 1, 2 or 3.

Cause
The safety system switched
off the heating pad
irreversible.
Remedy
Send the heating pad together
with the controller to the service
department.
