4. ADJUSTMENT OF THE PRE-MILLING UNIT AND THE
EDGE FEEDER
IMPORTANT
The edge should not protrude from the board more than 1.5
mm. If the distance is greater than this, the final finish will
not be the most appropriate.
Close the air safety valve before beginning to
adjust the edge.
4.1 Edge selection and assembly
(Fig. 4.1-4.2)
Lift rear cover A, loosen crank handle B and open feeder C.
Place edge reel D on the loader, as shown in the figure and
thread the edge through window E.
