In a space of approximately 30 mm be-

fore the end of the board, the reciproca-
ting movement takes place that removes
the first cutter E (Fig. 3.5) and places the
second cutter F (Fig. 3.5) in the working
position. This, in a clockwise direction,
will mill the final section of the panel,
guaranteeing the continuity of the line
of work and the adherence of the edge to
the previously edgebanded opposite side.
3.1 WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPECIFIC CASES
3.1.1 Panels shorter than 30 cm in length
For panels with lengths equal to or less than 30 cm in the
edge-banding direction, it is advisable to place the feeder
1mm below the thickness of the panel (example: 19 mm pa-
nel, place the feeder at 18 mm)
3.1.2 Edge-banding with 0.4 mm thic-
kness edges
For edge-banding with 0.4 mm thick
edges, it is advisable to adjust the edge
drive cylinder screw according to the
gauge supplied with the machine on its
narrowest side.
3.1.3 Specific maintenance of the cut-
ters of the pre-milling unit
the cutters of the premilling unit when
the warning appears on the screen.
