Shifter A
The right hand shifters are on the right of your handlebar and
control the rear derailleur, which moves the chain between the
sprockets on your rear wheel. You can choose one of the speeds
on the shifter by simply clicking the shifter A anticlockwise. Or
you can turn the shifter B clockwise to reset the speed.
FRONT DERAILLEUR (ESA1202ZW for reference)
Shifter B

Shifter A
The left hand shifters are on the left of your handlebar and
control the front derailleur. You can choose the speed by
clicking the shifter A clockwise or shifter B anticlockwise.
