AVG LIMITED WARRANTY
GENERAL PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
AVG refrigerators are manufactured to provide outstanding value, and your complete
satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, all AVG units carry a two (2) year limited warranty on
both parts and labor.AVG warrants for two (2) years, to the purchaser of every new unit,
the cabinet and all parts thereof, to be free from defects in material or workmanship,
under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by AVG and upon
proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction manual supplied with
the AVG unit.
AVG's obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of 24 months from the
delivery date.Any parts covered under this warranty that are determined by AVG to have
been defective, within the above said period, are limited to the repair or replacement,
including labor charges, of defective parts or assemblies .
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover the following:
Product with original serial numbers that have been removed altered or cannot
be readily determined.
Product that have been removed outside of Canada.
Rust on the interior or exterior of the unit.
Economic loss profit loss; or special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages,
including without limitation, losses or damages arising from food or product
spoilage claims whether or not on account of refrigeration failure.
Products used commercially
Service Calls which do not involve malfunction or defects in materials or
workmanship, or for appliances not in ordinary
household use or used other than in accordance with the provided instructions.
Expenses for making the appliance accessible for servicing, such as removal of
trim, cupboards, shelves, etc., which arenot a part of the appliance.
Service Calls to repair or replace appliance consumables, or knobs, handles, or
other cosmetic parts.
Pickup and delivery costs; your appliance will be repaired at home.
Damages to the finish of appliance or home incurred during transportation or
installation, including but not limited tofloors, cabinets, walls, etc.
Alterations/Damages caused by: services performed by unauthorized Service
Centers; use of parts other than genuine parts or partsobtained from persons
other than authorized Service Centers; or external causes such as abuse, misuse,
inadequate power supply, accidents, fires, or acts of God.
Repair or replacement of failed or damaged components resulting from
electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops
to the unit.
