1. Confirm the DHCP setting configured in the maintenance mode is correct.
2. Confirm firewall settings and ensure that deep packet inspection is turned off and MAC addresses are whitelisted, and proxy servers are bypassed.
The Impella Connect will automatically connect to the cloud when in range of an approved* Wi-Fi network
In locations where Wi-Fi is not available, the Impella Connect can be connected to the cloud via the Ethernet port
located on the Impella Connect.
To configure a Wi-Fi network, a user must enter Maintenance Mode. To do so, firmly press the Flight Mode button
until the Connection Indicator light flashes amber and continue holding for 15 seconds before release. Once
released, after a few seconds, the Connection Indicator light will turn to a continuous flashing blue indicating the
Impella Connect is now in Maintenance Mode. Note: The Connection Indicator for older versions of the Impella
Connect module may not flash amber when pressed firmly.
To exit Maintenance Mode, press the Flight Mode button for >1 second and release.
* Approved network means SSID and password/credentials have been configured in the Impella Connect by an
authorized IT administrator.
