SELVE-Adjustment instruction
Dear Costumer,
by purchasing a SELVE-Electronic-Radio-drive you have
decided on a quality product from the company SELVE. We
would like to congratulate you on this decision and thank you
for the confidence you place in us.
Before starting work, however, please read these details fully,
particularly the safety instructions.
After this, there is nothing to prevent easy installation and
perfect function of the SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor.

Safety instructions:

The motors may only be connected by authorised qualified
personnel. National norms and regulations must be observed.
The mains power has to be switched off before installation.
Damage to the connecting cable may only be repaired by
authorised SELVE repair workshops or at the SELVE factory.
An all-pole disconnection from the mains supply with a
contact gap of at least 3 mm per pole must be provided. The
switchgear being used must have a mechanical or electrical
lock. This also applies even if motors with electronic or
mechanical limit switches are being used in a system.
If SELVE-Electronic-Radio-drive are being connected
parallel, attention must be paid that the maximum switching
capacity of the switch elements (timer, switches, controls
etc.) is not exceeded.
Damage caused by using force and/or incorrect cabling, or
any subsequent damage, is not covered by the guarantee.
Outdoor or flush mounted, the motor connecting cable must
be laid in a cablepipe.
General
The drive receives control signals at a radio frequency of
868.3 MHz. All SELVE intronic radio transmitters can be learnt
into this drive.
N.B. Please follow the operating instructions for the
transmitter.
Use in accordance with instructions
SELVE electronic radio drives may only be used for operating
roller shutters and awnings.
Use for any other purpose must be carried out in consultation
with a specialised dealer.
Assembly
Following assembly, care should be taken that neither the
power supply lead nor the aerial come into contact with
withdrawable parts. Blows and bumps should be avoided.

Special features of radio-operated controllers:
The range of the radio controllers is restricted by legal
provisions for radio sets and by structural conditions.
You should ensure that you have perfect radio reception
during planning, particularly if the transmitter is in a different
room to the SELVE-Electronic-Radio-drive.
Ensure that you do not install the controller in the immediate
vicinity of metal surfaces. Similarly, powerful local transmitting
stations with an identical frequency may interfere with smooth
operation of the system.
Features:
The SELVE-Electronic-Radio-drive can be operated with all
SELVE-intronic-radio-transmitters.
Up to 16 intronic radio transmitters can be learnt into the
SELVE-Electronic-Radio-drive.
Electrical connection:
Connect the SELVE-Electronic-Radio-drive according to the
terminal diagram.
