SELVE-Adjustment instruction
Do not put the aerial of the SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor
near or parallel to the connecting lead.
The aerial cannot be shortened or lengthened.
In order to prevent water running into the motor, the cable
should be laid in a downwards loop.
SELVE default setting
IIn the SELVE default setting (as delivered from the factory)
no end positions or transmitters are learnt into the
SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor.
The SELVE electronic radio drive can only be operated
manually in this setting, that is, when the UP or DOWN
button is released on the setting control or a temporarily
allocated transmitter, the drive stops immediately.
The SELVE default setting is signalled by a slight movement
when the radio drive is connected to the power supply.
Programming
SELVE-Radio-motors
N.B. Ensure that you do not programme several SELVE-
Electronic-Radio-motors in one system at once.
Only connect the SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor
to be programmed to the power supply.
1.) Setting the end limit in the default setting by radio.

Press the UP and DOWN buttons of any
transmitter simultaneously. The transmitter will be
temporarily learnt in.
As long as you have not permanently saved any transmitter,
you can cancel the temporary allocation by disconnecting the
SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor from the power supply.
N.B. The UP and DOWN buttons may be wrongly
allocated on the transmitter when the end positions
are set, irrespective of the type of installation.
The UP and DOWN buttons will be correctly
allocated to the transmitter when all the positions
have been set (upper end limit has been
programmed).

Press the PROG button briefly to permanently
allocate the transmitter.
The transmitter has now been programmed in and will still be
saved if the power supply is interrupted.
The SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor is now in normal opera-
ting mode.
When the drive has been set, a running test should be carried
out. If the roller shutter stops at the end limits set, the drive has
been properly set. The SEC-R/SEL-R drive must switch off
when moving downwards as soon as it meets with an obstacle.
If problems still arise, proceed as follows:
Please press the STOP button twice for 3 seconds and then
activate the PROG button and thus learn in the transmitter. The
SELVE-Electronic-Radio-motor can now be reverted to the
default setting as described in 7.

First move to the lower end
limt in automatic mode using

Save the lower end limit by
pressing the STOP button for
3 seconds. (Wait until the

flashes once.)
Then move to the upper end
limit in automatic mode using
the UP or DOWN button. For
SEL-R/SEM-R, stop approx.
5 cm before the end.
Save the upper end limit by
pressing the STOP button for
3 seconds. (Wait until the
transmission control light
flashes once.)
